Who would you be if you loved yourself fully and unapologetically? Saying you love yourself in your head is one thing. Truly feeling it, deeply and undeniably in your body is quite another. Most of us weren’t taught how to love ourselves as we are. We weren’t taught that who we are is enough. Instead we learned how to contort ourselves and perform for others approval. Maybe that worked for a while too, but is it time to let go of the show and reclaim your authenticity?

  • Once you purchase the class, you’ll be emailed a link with access to the Zoom recording. You’ll be able to download and/or stream as many times as you like, for as long as you like.

  • If you’re not sure where to start, I would recommend beginning with “At Home in My Body” then doing “Deep Core Support.”

  • I do my best to give different options in the classes for all different body types and abilities. I also encourage you to listen to your body, to take rests as needed and modify any movements that don’t feel good to you.
