Over the years working with hundreds of clients, I’ve learned that the foundation of physical freedom is developing trust with your body.

Most of us were taught to override, disassociate, shame and be afraid of our bodies.

So, it’s no wonder that your body doesn’t trust you.

Each class there will be a combination of theory, practice and community connection.

The theory will help you develop a new mindset and more empowering view of your body.

I’ve been there too

For over ten years I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of amazing humans reclaim their freedom and trust in their bodies through embodied movement.

But I’m not just preaching from a place of theory without experience. For many years I’ve struggled with pain, injuries, crippling fatigue and a lack of trust in my own body.

That’s why I know first hand how important it is to learn to be kind to yourself and partner with your body.

Course calendar

Wednesdays: 45 minute somatic mediation and practice session at 10am PT
