Learn how to make friends with your signals to rest and honor them, rather than shame and criticize yourself.
Invitations to unlearn toxic cultural programming around endless striving for growth and achievement.
Practical tools you can use to start incorporating micro-rests and bigger periods of powering down into your life, no matter where you are.
