  • This workshop will help you awaken your core strength and undo chronic back pain, rigid hips, restricted movement, low energy, and limited breath capacity.

You’ll access powerful tools to feel, access and strengthen your deep core, the one mainstream fitness forgot about. You won’t strengthen with traditional sit-ups, crunches and planks. This is about an embodied connection to this important part of you.

    You’ll learn:

    • Guided practice to gently reconnect you to your deepest core, including your transverse abdominus, diaphragm, and pelvic floor.

    • Somatic practices to help you safely release old patterns of tension and restriction keeping you from breathing fully.

    • Powerful inquiries to help you learn to access the wisdom of your core, dan-tien, deep belly that will guide you to living a fuller, richer, more aligned life.

    • You’ll also learn how to take this activation and apply it to real-world, natural movement patterns, so it’s not just an isolated, disconnected exercise.

  • Your energy is your own and no one else’s. You get to say no without needing to offer a justification or over-explain yourself. If your needs, desires and boundaries weren’t acknowledged or honored growing up, it can feel really scary to say no.

Learning to sense and express your “no” with honesty and care, is an essential shift for anyone untangling chronic pain, fatigue, people-pleasing, or internalized pressure. With the practices of feeling and owning our no, we learn how to turn up and down the volume so we can be both firm and soft when we need it.

    This workshop will offer:

    • Guided practices to drop back into your body and honor your boundaries

    • Somatic awareness of what a no feels like in your body

    • How to turn up and down the “volume” of your no, so it’s appropriate to the situation and the level of a boundary you need to set

    • Guidance on how to feel and allow your no, even when it’s hard

    • Suggestions for untangling yourself from chronic people pleasing and fawning

  • What if you had a medicine cabinet of movements to support you in any moment, no matter what you were going through? I imagine that it would shift a lot for you. I know it’s made the world of difference for me. It’s been the difference between getting caught up in a whirlpool of mental loops vs. soothing and feeling what I need to feel. It’s helped me find my way out of depression, anxiety, grief, pain, fear, and a whole host of other challenging emotions.

The beautiful part about learning these movements is that you can then know what to reach for in any moment. You can know how to soothe and support yourself so you can feel what you need to feel and let it fully move through.

This workshop will teach you how to:

    • Guided movement prompts to help you learn supportive movements for holding grief, anger, joy, sadness, fear, anxiety and more.

    • Learn how to identify what you’re carrying in your body emotionally, then how to pair it with a somatic movement pattern to help it move through.

    • How to resource yourself and find safety in your body even with the most challenging emotions.

    • Suggestions and input for practicing what you learn, so it can become a regular habit.

  • Are you settling for back pain, stiff hips, or a lack of real confidence in your body? If you are, it’s probably because you’re not activating your core properly. Most of us have more like a flat tire, than a strong, flexible, balanced core. And it makes sense, because slump, we live in our heads, we shy away from the depth of wisdom in our bellies. Whatever it is, our cores have gone to sleep and we’re suffering greatly from it. Chronic back pain, rigid hips, restricted movement, low energy, and limited breath capacity are just a few of the ails that can plague us when we’re not using our true core.

I invite you to join me to learn to reconnect to your deep core. Not the one you’d access through sit-ups or leg raises. No, I’m talking about the deeper layers that are activated through primal breathing patterns, and repatterning your body maps. Whether you’re an experienced mover or have been disconnected for a long time from your body, you’ll gain something powerful from this workshop.

    This workshop will offer:

    • Guided practice to gently reconnect you to your deepest core, including your transverse abdominus, diaphragm, and pelvic floor

    • Somatic practices to help you safely release old patterns of tension and restriction keeping you from breathing fully

    • Powerful inquiries to help you learn to access the wisdom of your core, dan-tien, deep belly that will guide you to living a fuller, richer, more aligned life

    • You’ll also learn how to take this activation and apply it to real-world, natural movement patterns, so it’s not just an isolated, disconnected exercise

  • What if you didn’t feel like you needed to shapeshift anymore? Belonging isn’t about fitting in or being liked. It’s a felt experience of home in your body. It’s how we know, “I’m safe to be myself here.” Maybe you don’t have that embodied sense of belonging right now. When you lose connection to that, it’s easy to get pulled into anxious thinking, feeling disconnected or sometimes even invisible. Hypnotized by stories of your lack, you get stuck feeling like you need to prove your worthiness.

The truth is you always belonged. Feeling it is closer than you think. You belong because you were born into this body, into this planet. When you learn to feel your inherent belonging, you open to authentic connection, because you know your gifts and your voice matter. You remember that’s you’re allowed to take up space, and that the world is better because of it.

    This workshop will teach you:

    • Guided somatic practices to help you release your patterns of masking and performing that keeps you from relaxing into who you are.

    • Learn how to quickly and easily return to safety in your body, so you can come back to belonging any time.

    • How to feel at home in the world, even if you’ve felt othered, alienated or like a black sheep.

    • Understand how belonging to yourself and knowing your values helps you build a solid foundation for creating resilient, beautiful communities.

    • Why reparenting yourself is one of the most important keys to reclaiming your sense of belonging.

  • What if your anger was a sacred gift, calling you back to your power? Do you remember when you first learned that anger wasn’t safe? Was it seeing your parents not being able to control or channel their anger in a healthy way? Was it seeing the destructive ways that anger creates chaos and division in the world?

What if anger wasn’t actually bad, though… what if it was trying to get our attention to notice something deeper. What if anger was a precious gift that could lead us to more connection, healing and aliveness? Nature doesn’t make mistakes with creating emotions. And anger is no exception. Anger at its core isn’t negative. It’s here to serve life. It’s a sign that’s pointing you to pay attention to something deeper.

    In this workshop, you’ll learn:

    • Guided practice to help you connect to safely with your anger, so you can learn to connect with it without getting overwhelmed and shutting down

    • Somatic practices to help you access and harness the gift of your sacred anger to reconnect with your power

    • How to understand what’s underneath your anger, seeing it as a signal to connect with deeper feelings and needs like sadness, grief, loneliness, fear or even tiredness and hunger

    • How to take this new awareness and apply it to your life, so you can learn to be in the presence of anger without collapsing or shutting down

    • Time for questions and Q&A so you’re clear on how to access, feel and strengthen your connection to the sacred gift of anger

Note: This is a special, updated version of the original Gift of Your Anger Workshop with new practices.

  • Do you judge yourself too much? If you’re anything like most people… you judge yourself. A lot. You know you could be doing more. Meditating more often. Practicing guitar. Reading more books. Building your business. Communicating better. There’s always something to improve. But what if you could move from a place of enough-ness, instead of your lack?

Knowing that you’re enough, and feeling it deep down doesn’t mean that you won’t keep growing or accomplishing your dreams. When you learn how to calm the inner critic, befriend it and disarm it, you can move from a place of true power. Not just your lack.

    You’ll learn:

    • Guided somatic exercises to help you disarm and soften your inner critic so it feels safe to let go of its patrol in your body.

    • Movements to help you quickly release self-criticism and come back to your enough-ness.

    • How to stop judging yourself for judging yourself.

    • Support for applying these practices to your life, so you can learn to move from abundance instead of lack, pressure and the din of shoulds.

  • Mastering boundaries is so much simpler when you embody them. The practices in this workshop are going to be very helpful if you've been feeling stuck in your life, or struggle making hard decisions. If you feel like you say yes when you want to say no and prioritize other people to your own detriment, the movements you'll learn will help you drop back into your power and agency. This workshop will offer you:

    • How to feel when your body says no and deepen your connection to these sensory signals so you can stop overthinking and overanalyzing.

    • The simple practice for allowing a maybe so you can have space to feel into possibility, rather than just getting stuck in protective mode.

    • What a yes feels like in your body and how to make more space for moving toward what feels good.

    • You’ll also learn how to powerfully own your truth with embodied connection, so you can come back to what feels most aligned for you.

    • Plus, invitations for deepening your practices
