How to Train Your Body to Take Up Space

Do you struggle to show up as the full, authentic version of yourself?

Are there parts of you that you want to embody and have the courage to share more? Either with the world, or perhaps with your closest friends?

Maybe you just want to feel like you can fully be you, owning and acknowledging your worth and dignity, with yourself.

Whatever it is, learning to take up space with posture, energy and movement can be a profound source of support.

Do you want to find out what it’s like being fully… you?

It’s been my experience that when I feel and embrace all parts of me, my life takes on a totally different kind of dynamism and beauty.

If that’s something you’re curious about, I’d love to see you in this special class all about learning to take up more space as you.

What you can expect in this somatic movement class:

  • A guided practice to help you reconnect to your basic dignity, your sense of belonging and your unique expression of you.

  • Cues for allowing your body to hold and take the shape of whatever is most important to you, so you can transmit that energy to others.

  • How to come back to your home, your body, yourself in any moment.

  • Guidance on how you might apply this practice beyond the class, to make it a regular habit.

  • Time for Q&A and community sharing!

You’ll leave this experience more connected and at ease, ready to move confidently through any situation in life.
