Through our work together, I’ll hold space for you in our weekly session, prompting you gently back into your deeper truth. I’ll guide you through practices tailored to you to help you ground into safety and embodied wisdom.

As someone that’s struggled with trauma, chronic illness, pain and tension, I get how challenging it can be to feel not only safe, but free in your body.
My experience in body-based based and trauma-informed somatics helps me bring a compassionate, caring lens to my work with my clients.

How we’ll work together
(When just talking about it isn’t enough)
One hour weekly guided sessions for three or six months.
Each week we’ll meet to hold and process what’s alive in you. I’ll guide you through practices specifically tailored to you to help you unwind, soften and return to yourself.Practices you can take with you in your everyday life.
You’ll learn to unlock the aliveness sitting under your grief. The power that comes from reconnecting to your sacred anger. And the joy that comes when you fully embrace your embodied truth.A gentle focus on your intentions.
In the beginning we’ll check in on your goals or intentions for our work. If I feel like we’re getting off track or lost in stories, I’ll lovingly guide you back to the core focus of why you started.Ongoing support via text or email between sessions.
So you can reach out any time and receive a response Mon-Fri during our time together.You’ll also have the option of a free year of my somatic practice membership for ongoing community support with people who get it.
Investment options are $3,000 for three months or $5,000 for six months. Payment plans can be made available.

Healing isn’t meant to happen in isolation
Co-Regulation
During our sessions I’ll provide you with steadiness, presence and groundedness to help you co-regulate. As our relationship grows, you’ll learn how to receive this kind of care more in your life.
Eco-Regulation
Through our work you’ll learn to receive support and feel your belonging to the earth. You’ll learn to reconnect to the ground, space, plants, animals and elements to nourish your mind, heart and body.
Self-Regulation
As we progress through our journey together, you’ll be building your capacity for self-regulation. I’ll teach you nervous system tracking, somatic journaling, reparenting and other tools to build your capacity to show up for yourself.
All of my 1-on-1 clients receive a free year of integration support in my somatic practice membership.

First we’ll start with a grounding practice to help you drop in and transition into the work. From there I like to check in on how you’re doing and what’s alive in your mind, heart and body. We’ll use this to help guide you into specific somatic practices to help hold your experience, expanding into safety, trust, expression and release, through your body. Most clients end their sessions feeling much more relaxed, peaceful and empowered.

This is for anyone that wants to build more capacity to feel, release trapped emotions, and heal their nervous systems. It’s especially helpful for people that have already done therapy or have meditation and embodiment experience.

The investment for 1-on-1 coaching for three months with me is $3,000 for three months or $5,000 for six months. This includes 75 minute weekly sessions and text/email support. Payment plans are available if needed.

Yes! Many of my clients are femmes, non-binary and queer. I am gender non-conforming, queer and take a decolonial approach to somatics and healing. Let’s chat and see if you feel comfortable. :)

Most of us didn’t receive the support we needed to feel safe in our bodies, with our emotions. So we learned to disassociate, check out, numb. By reconnecting to support through somatic practice, you’ll learn how to rebuild safety in your body.
