A one-time somatic healing workshop

Learn to Feel Safe to Power Down

It’s not that you’re just “not good at resting” or that you don’t value rest.

It’s that your nervous system doesn’t feel safe to let go.

Learning how to feel safe to power down, to let your guard down, to do nothing is often what people are missing.

Even if your life is crazy, you can learn to do less

So, you’re chronically tired, but rest feels impossible. Why?

You can learn to dignify your fatigue.

You can learn to stop judging yourself for being tired.

You can learn to get out of emergency mode and into safety.

This isn’t about fixing yourself or figuring out your fatigue. It’s about letting yourself feel safe enough to fully rest.

In this somatic experience, you’ll discover:

  • How to meet the parts of you that are scared to let their guard down and let you power down

  • Somatic movements that help you discharge fear and come back into safety with rest

  • Practices for getting out of emergency mode so you can stop treating everything like it’s urgent

  • The art of micro pauses that let you slowly rebuild your capacity for recovery, even if you’ve had chronic fatigue for years

  • Time for Q&A and community sharing!

You’ll leave this workshop feeling dignified in your need for rest with tools to help you finally power down.
