A live, one-time freedom from fawning and people pleasing workshop
Saturday, May 23rd — 11am-1pm PST
What if you weren’t scared of saying no?
You reclaim your energy when you stop fawning and people pleasing
There’s nothing wrong with wanting to help, be of service and be a good person.
But when your body says no, but you say yes anyway because you can’t stop it, you’re not doing yourself or anyone a favor.
You override yourself. And that leads to fatigue, burnout and resentment.
What if you could move from a place of trust instead of fear and have-to?
Embodying trust is where your authenticity is fully online. It’s when you create, give and take care of yourself and others, from a place of safety.
Because deep down, you probably know that people can feel it when you’re present because you feel like you have to be. They deserve better. You deserve better.
In this experiential workshop, I’ll guide you through powerful practices that help you break the spell of fawning and reconnect you to being rooted in trust.
Why you learned to say yes to others out of fear, even when your body is saying no
How to keenly and clearly feel when you're in a fawning response and how to interrupt it without shame or judgment
