The problem with that is that it ignores something really fundamental.

You’re not burnt out because you’re not resting enough (though that’s part of it).
The real reason you’re burnt out is probably because you don’t believe you’re good enough
There’s one reason most people stay tired, burnt out and exhausted
If you don’t feel like you’re good enough…
…You won’t feel like you deserve rest (you’ll feel like you need to earn it).
…You won’t feel like you deserve to do things just for fun.
…You won’t feel like you deserve to just be instead of do.

How to reparent and fundamentally shift the false beliefs that are keeping you stuck in burn out

Specific somatic movement practices that undo the sneaky habits keeping you in burnout, so you can create longterm change.
