A somatic reparenting workshop

Learn to Heal Your Burnout at the Root

You probably think you’re burnt out because you’re just tired. Stressed. Maybe overworked.

And sure, that’s part of it. But it doesn’t go deep enough.

The real, deeper cause of burnout is something much more obvious:

Under-nourishment.

But that’s too simple too.

How deep does this rabbit hole go Jonathan? Deep, very deep.

The real question is… what’s stopping you from prioritizing what makes your soul happy?

If you want to overcome burn out, you have to learn how to advocate for what feeds you.

You have to learn how to stand up for, dignify and even defend your space for play, creativity, wonder, purpose and pleasure.

That’s what you’ll learn how to do in this workshop. Not in your head, but in your body.

That’s where everything changes.

The real way to heal burnout is counterintuitive for most people

In this experience, you’ll discover:

  • The core reason why you feel like you don’t deserve to rest or prioritize what brings you joy

  • How to know when you need to rest and when you need to actually play more.

  • Why you started taking everything so seriously and the parts of you that keep you stuck

  • The hidden habits that are keeping you stuck in burnout and how to unwind them without force or stress

  • Invitations for deep transformation that prevent burnout from returning for longterm change.

  • Time for Q&A and community sharing!

You’ll leave this workshop feeling more connected to your aliveness and ready to defend it than ever before.
