So often because of our unmet needs growing up, we live from our protective parts…

We think we’re in trouble, but no one is mad at us (the anxious pleaser part).

We struggle to do more and try harder to gain safety (the inner achiever part).

We constantly criticize and analyze to find the “best way” (the inner critic part)

Parts of us are stuck in the past, thinking that we need to please, hide, or override our feelings to be safe.

The way through it is not by trying to shove those reactions away (good luck with that!) but to reparent them instead and teach them we’re okay now.

Who would you be if you didn’t need to be scared anymore?

The beautiful part of learning these skills is you’ll be able to come back to feeling grounded and safe in your experience whenever you get triggered.

You’ll learn how to stop avoiding or being anxious about relating to others and instead can develop truly deep and meaningful relationships, with both autonomy and intimacy at their center.

What you’ll walk away with in this somatic workshop:

  • Guided practices to learn how to meet your inner parts with presence, curiosity and compassion.

  • How to name and identify your protective parts like the pleaser, achiever and inner critic to create space from them to help you show up for yourself.

  • How to resource yourself and find safety in your body even with the most challenging emotions.

  • Suggestions and input for practicing what you learn, so it can become a longterm change.

  • Time for Q&A and community sharing!

You’ll leave this workshop with the tools you need to feel less triggered, caught in stories and feelings that aren’t serving you anymore.
