Somatic Reparenting

What if you had a medicine cabinet of movements to support you in any moment, no matter what you were going through?

I imagine that it would shift a lot for you. I know it’s made the world of difference for me.

It’s been the difference between getting caught up in a whirlpool of mental loops vs. soothing and feeling what I need to feel.

It’s helped me find my way out of depression, anxiety, grief, pain, fear, and a whole host of other challenging emotions.

Would you like to learn this movement language for mental health?

The beautiful part about learning these movements is that you can then know what to reach for in any moment.

You can know how to soothe and support yourself so you can feel what you need to feel and let it fully move through.

What you can expect in this somatic movement workshop:

  • Guided movement prompts to help you learn supportive movements for holding grief, anger, joy, sadness, fear, anxiety and more.

  • Learn how to identify what you’re carrying in your body emotionally, then how to pair it with a somatic movement pattern to help it move through.

  • How to resource yourself and find safety in your body even with the most challenging emotions.

  • Suggestions and input for practicing what you learn, so it can become a regular habit.

  • Time for Q&A and community sharing!

Participants regularly leave this workshop feeling clear, grounded, hopeful and confident.
