Find Safety in Your Body During Stressful Times
Do you need some more care, nourishment and feelings of safety right now?
So many of us are experiencing challenging times right now.
As a resident and evacuee of the LA fires, I am experiencing firsthand the loss and devastation in our communities.
Our friends have lost houses. Our favorite trails and sanctuaries have been burned.
During these times, it’s more important than ever to lean into the safety we can find in our bodies, in our spaces and with each other.
That’s why I’m hosting this donation based class. It’s completely free if you need it too.
Simple, take-with-you-anywhere practices to help you learn how to come back to a feeling of safety and comfort in your body, in any moment.
Learn to hold space for yourself and resource safety, even in the midst of difficult emotional weather patterns.
How to connect to trust in your body and where you are, especially if you're dealing with lots of uncertainty, fear and anxiety.
Invitations for bringing these practices into your every day life, so you can find comfort and support wherever you are.
Time for Q&A and community sharing!
